Tasting notes:
Nose: Sort of a floral fruit basket too, if that makes sense. There's apricots, underripe pineapple and lemon. It also has this green, agave-like element that I noticed in an early cask sample too. Finally a whiff of honey and draff, but the grain isn't as pronounced as other Waterford I've tried.
Palate: There's this very faint ashiness at first, but also plenty of spices such as white pepper and cloves, followed by honeycomb, agave and Williams pears.
Finish: Slightly dry with plenty of spices and lingering orchard fruits.
