Aroma:Raisin nut chocolate bars, nice smoked plums, dried cranberriesroasted pecans and cigars. After a short while in the glass, we got theroasted chestnut shell, dried red dates and a bit of crushed blackpeppers to decorate the canvas. lt's not fruity as some might expectfrom a Redbreast, but what an attractive richly-sherried nosing whichimproved as time passed in the glass. lrish whiskey fans, please don'tprejudge.

Palate: Raisins, nectarines, purple grapes, caramel tarts and milk chocolate.Really delicious as it developed on the palate.
