Tasting notes：

Nose: Rich, deep. Aromas of raisins, straw, cloves, oily peat, cough candy, mushrooms, incense, potting soil, roasted nuts, ashes, tobacco, fig jam… These are some of the elements revealed by an extremely complex and expressive aromatic palette.

Palate: Lively, full-bodied. Both airy and earthy, the taste palette echoes all or part of the aromatic palette. Mineral (slate, pencil lead), oxidative (cherry brandy), iodized and medicinal, it extends into flavors of creme brulee and tarte tatin.

Finish: Long, silky. Initially, numerous black fruits (cherry, grape, blueberry) fuel a particularly juicy taste palette. Then, gradually, meaty (bacon, rump steak) and empyreumatic (charcoal) flavors permeate the taste buds for a long time.
