Nose:A lot of cowshed. A lot. A lot! “The nose is… wow…”. I also find metal very present. Then comes a brutal parade of nuts. Everything is there. A lot of them are smoked.
Palate:Spicy, peppery, nice depth. Earth and smoke, but well under control. Mango peel, sour coffee, a little broth. “nice sweetness at the beginning, almost honey when swallowing”.
Finish:Sweet but also spicy (Sezchuan) and surprisingly complex for its age. A myriad of bitter substances. From herbs, coffee and chocolate to fruit peel. From there it continues with the fruits and a hint of vanilla. High intensity, mega tasty. The finish is wonderful.
