Tasting notes：

Nose: Delicate, but with a little "claw", subtle smoke with a hint of wet paper, sweet, vanilla, fruity, mango, peaches, walnuts, young oak leaves, green forest floor. 

Palate: Sweet, birch sap, chocolate-covered cherries with liqueur, lots of citrus, mango, orange peel, pineapple, all bathed in delicate peat smoke. 

Finish: Long, pleasantly astringent, quite sweet with a dominant role of citrus fruits and a hint of sea algae.
