Tasting notes：

Nose: Not too bad, as expected, a cowshed. As expected is the key word here. But subtle. Cowshed with only one or two cows. ;-) Also peach, subtle vanilla. Lemon icing on a cake. Also spicy. Bay leaves and pepper.

Palate: Light fruits, young peat. Pepper, juniper and a broth that awaits fish. Also kids cough pastilles without the cherry flavour.

Finish:Something tea-ish. Quite dry over time. Vanilla, light fruits, a really light coffee. Peat slowly recedes. Maybe a grain coffee too.
