Nose: A very fresh, bright nose. Very balanced, with little alcoholic sting. Creamy chocolates, black forest cake.
Palate: Very balanced. Quite delicious. Indeed, this is an exemplary modern sherried whisky. 55% but no alcoholic sting whatsoever. Very impressive. I can see why this cost so much! (just kidding). It's great, but no modern whisky should cost so much, even a Macallan! I would buy a bottle if this was around $800 USD, but I think we are way above that. Therefore, not recommended! Booooo. Quality-price-ratio just doesn't make sense.
