Tasting notes：

Nose:  Qine needles, forest undergrowth, wet moss, peat smoke, sweet, citrus, orange, peach, sultana raisins, cherry chocolates in liquor.

Palate: Sweet, brown sugar, sugar syrup, very smoky, bonfire, ash, black cherries, dried plums, dried compote, ripe cherries, raisins, a bit of spices, young walnuts.

Finish: Medium long, quite sweet, slightly tingling the tongue, dried fruit, wrapped in smoke from the smokehouse, ending with a warming aftertaste of dark chocolate.
