Tasting notes：

Nose: Sulphuric and vegetal to start with. Dark plums. Mild acidity. Pan-fried cherry tomatoes. Waves of smoked barley. Cheap bacons - think the overly salted ones.Water brings out metal and citrusy. Gummy bears.

Palate: Savoury landing. Then the earthy peat starts to creeps in. Peppery oak and fermented red fruits. Honey. Flat cola. Still a bit vegetal towards the end. Great mouthfeel with good balance.Water makes the palate much sweeter while roughly keeping the balance with the peat and peppery oak.

Finish: Long finish with lingering smoke. Smouldering bonfire. Coastal - imagine taking a deep breath with mouth open by the coastline.Water makes the finish drier. Toasted malt.
