Tasting notes：

Nose: A nose that comes up with subtle but very concise Campbeltown aromas from the start: salty sea spray, moist pebbles, a freshly oiled marine diesel, mild citrus notes.
After a while, dried apricots appear, a spiciness of marjoram and tarragon spreads, which seems to pull the other flavors with it, because he now gives up his restraint and throws himself into battle with everything he has. A very fantastic development that is taking place in the nose.

Palate: Starts creamy, but immediately afterwards there is quite a dryness - from old oak floorboards - and lays on the tongue. The ship's diesel is idling, a light breeze pulling inland across the sea. Heather, wild blossom honey, vanilla croissants - 60% sherry? Not here on the tongue. A note of fresh hay, a little smoke (which basically goes up in the dryness).

Finish: Medium length and still very dry. The dried apricots from the nose, machine oil, salt, now also pepper alongside the other spices. I can no longer make out smoke.
