Tasting notes：

Smell: Fried bacon, natural yogurt and, of course, the tractor from the organic farm.

Palate: Oily, sweet, balanced, then a well-seasoned pepper-crusted roast picks up speed.

Finish: Surprisingly tame towards the end. But with larger sips, it still packs a punch.
