Tasting notes：

Nose: Elegant, distinguished. Magnificent fragrances of vanilla and lemon bring lots of energy to the aroma palette. Allowed to breathe, notes of white florals (lily of the valley, lily), coconut and curry appear alongside exotic fruit (pineapple, banana), spices (cardamom, clove) and verbena aromas.

Palate: Full-bodied, complex. The magnificent attack is especially exotic (passion fruit, lychee, melon), hot (Espelette pepper), saffrony and herbal (cut hay, lucerne). The mid-palate is even more full. At the end of the palate, flavours of toffee and latte refresh the taste buds.

Finish: Long, rich. Also exotic, the start of the finish is roasted (tobacco) and liquoricey. Next, notes of iris butter, fresh walnut and gentian appear, preceding a very pleasant malty and chocolatey bitterness.
