Tasting notes：

Color: Golden yellow.

Nose: Both fresh and heady. Notes of candied lemon, acacia honey, fresh walnut, and a few grains of rice first outline a very nuanced aromatic palette. With aeration, scents of tarragon and infused herbs (sage, verbena) permeate the surrounding atmosphere.

Mouth: Full-bodied, juicy. Taking up the entire aromatic profile of the nose, the flavor palette adds unexpected notes of cucumber and white fruits (pear, mirabelle plum). This dichotomy brings a lot of freshness and vibrancy to the finish.

Finish: Long, serene. Gently vanilla-flavored (flan), the beginning of the finish adds a floral dimension (lily of the valley, white lilac) and enhances the indulgent character (zucchini fritter) of this beautiful Linkwood. In the aftertaste, coconut milk spreads deliciously across the palate.
