Palate: Remarkably viscous, maraschino cherry, heavy saline, high minerality, hint of powered sugar, lemon oil, vanilla, floral honey, seaweed, green tea, light mustiness, light tannin, basil, prominent integrated white smoke, and a hint of a lactic note.
