Tasting notes：

Nose: Fresh and maritime, cool peat smoke, pepper, rosemary and thyme, warm tin, dried algae. The Fino Sherry goes very well with the Kilchoman smoke.

Palate: Maritime, salty and peppery, green apple, kiwi, dry and cold smoke.

Finish: Medium length, very dry, woody, salty, peppery.
