Tasting notes：

Nose: Very fruity and soft, peach, tropical notes (star fruit, mango), like a multivitamin juice. Nice combination of old BC maturation and light rum notes (hints of molasses & esters) but not too strong. Patience is rewarded, opens slowly.

Palate: Wow, very fruity! Multivitamin juice again, fresh as if you were eating Nimm2 candy. Very fresh and smooth at the same time, hardly any bitterness. Sparkling (pineapple associations) and a distinct vanilla taste. With a few drops of water everything becomes even more intense.

Finish: The Nimm2 candies last forever. At the same time, slight bitter notes are added. Aftertaste of freshly made fruit salad.
