Nose: Cut straw or meadow grass, silage, a hint of framyard funk, almost a hint of rye grass.

Palate: The taste is a pleasant contrast to the nose - initially sweet, giving way to a more funky, earthy note. A real journey in a glass which continues to develop.

Finish: The finish seems to go on for a while - a slightly bitter note, but not unpleasant.
