Tasting notes：

Nose: Fine, creamy. Very pretty notes of apricot, nutmeg and mango create a voluptuous first nose. Allowed to breathe, aromas of ripe fruit (mirabelle plum, Reine-Claude) and dried flowers elegantly surround the aromatic palette. Then, rancid and roasted notes (mocha) appear.

Palate: Firm, dynamic. The attack on the palate adds citrus fruits (orange, mandarin), salted butter caramel and milk chocolate. The mid-palate evolves towards more green (alfalfa), malted (barley grain) and strongly spicy (clove, curry, cinnamon) registers.

Finish: Long, full of vivacity. Heady (lily, iris), the start of the finish restores the qualities of a still fiery distillate and remarkably clear. The aftertaste ends with flavors of cocoa powder, wood and infused plants (thyme, oregano).
