Tasting notes：

Nose: Refined, distinguished. Aromas of citrus fruit and candied fruit (lemon, pear, plum, walnut) give way to a more spicy (cardamom, star anise, nutmeg), chocolatey and rancio (brandied cherries) aroma palette. Gradually, glimpses of malted barley grains appear.

Palate: Invigorating and delicate. Also malty, the attack is at once honeyed (lime blossom, heather), fruity (Mirabelle plum) and tangy (orange jam). The heady mid-palate (iris, lily) is gradually covered in a fine layer of salted butter caramel.

Finish: Long, sunny. Sprinkled with chocolate drops, the start of the finish is refreshed with notes of candied lemon. The delicious and rich (crème caramel, coffee éclair) after-taste is underscored by a magnificent vegetal bitterness (gentian, ginger) and noble spices (cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg).
