Tasting notes：

Nose: The usual Sherry rocket of sweet fruits: plums, oranges also some sour (lemon) notes. Afterwards a lot of milk chocolate and cocoa powder.

Mouth: The taste is not as sweet as expected as you have fermented grapes but then also honey, plums again, white pepper .

Finish: Nice finish with some honey and fruits. Very nice!
