Nose: Intense PX nose, raisins, plum butter, a little cinnamon, dried apple rings, burnt cake and honey. Maybe a faint hint of furniture polish.

Palate: Sweet, PX sherry, wood and pepper.

Finish: Peppery, still sweet, a little nutty, mighty and long.
