Tasting notes：

Nose:  Leather, sweetness, toasted oak. The wood did a good job without becoming bitter or disturbing.

Palate: Thick, almost like syrup! Black berries, cherries, sweetness, everything you could want. More wood on the second sip, but old wood, like an old workbench on which leather was worked. But still a distinct sweetness.

Finish: Now more of the roasted wood comes through, leather remains, the sweetness becomes a little weaker. Light spicy notes are added.
