Tasting notes：

Nose: Fine, well-developed. Nutty notes (walnut, hazelnut), toffee and a handful of spices (cinnamon, clove) form a very consistent first nose. Allowed to breathe, grains of malted barley and chocolate drops rise to the surface of an aroma palette refreshed with mint leaves.

Palate: Full, concentrated. The delicately liquorice attack is especially fruity (apricot, mango, orange). This tangy sequence then makes way for soft chocolatey and infused (thyme, tea) notes.

Finish: Long, smooth. The powdery finish (rice, cocoa) reveals a radiantly silky and rich texture. The after-taste takes on tertiary tones (mushroom, chestnut). At the end of the finish, spices (cardamom, saffron) nobly punctuate a very serene tasting.
