Nose: Amazing scent, my current favorite. Loaded with caramel baked pudding, vanilla, butterscotch, wood, popcorn, some banana peels, baked apples, spices. Without the harshness of alcohol, a very pleasant sweetness. The scent is so good, I can smell it all night without getting tired of it.
Palate: Caramel as the main body, accompanied by a burst of warmth. When the warmth gradually subsided, the sweetness of vanilla, banana, apple, pear and other fruits began to appear behind the caramel, as well as the spiciness of caramel wood and pepper. The point is that it's rich enough, unlike other bourbons that are watery at the mouth. The whole thing is a very rich and sweet popcorn concentrate.
Finish: Much like caramel-flavored popcorn, with a hint of salt and burnt wood, it lasts very long. So comfortable in the throat, what an excellent bottle of bourbon.
