Tasting notes：

Nose: Long story short, bottle oxidisation was needed to get to this point: Fruit wax coating, dust at a construction site, cement and burning incense papers. It was soft but you can easily observe the complexity. Grass, sea fog, pomelo, pears, salted lemon pith, aloe vera, glue and cherry tomatoes. Some cheddar was added to the space after a sip.

Palate: Lemon-flavoured throat lozenges, followed by sweet yellow pomelos, cherry tomatoes, wafer biscuits with cream filling, vanilla, strawberry mousse and dried maple. It was finished with light smoke and cement.

Finish: It's medicinal like cough suppressant, blended nicely with strawberry mousse, wax coating and cardboard paper. Melted cement and vehicle exhaust both wandered in the background. There were also throat lozenges, golden gooseberries, roasted eggplant and zucchini, finished with fish sauce.
