Tasting notes：

Nose: Peat, sweetness, sea algae, jacket potatoes, green apple, lemon peel, peach, apricot, fresh strawberries, a bit of tobacco, flower meadow.

Palate: At the beginning smooth, creamy, then turns into notes of bitter orange, grapefruit peel, but there is also a delicate sweetness, typical of a fresh yeast cake straight from the bakery, young walnuts, oak bark combined with green apple, pineapple, freshly ground pepper.

Finish: Medium long, earthy, spicy, with a touch of salt, red forest berries, pineapple nectar, soot, peat smoke and oak bitterness, warming finish with a taste of heather honey.
