Nose: Fermented cherries and plums. fruit acid. Salted caramel. A maritime breeze. Cinnamon. Campbeltown Funk. Mineral. Dessert wine. Very subtle smoky note.

Palate: Sweet and sour start. Dark chocolate cake. Cinnamon, spices, chili. Caramel. Some sea salt interplaying with honey sweetness. Mineral and chalky. Dark cherries and plums. Dried fig. Grapes. Cocoa powder. Smoke more noticeable than in the nose. Oak spice.

Finish: Fermented fruits (plums, cherries, figs). Spices. Dark chocolate. Espresso. Oak spice. Peat smoke (medium strength). Relatively long remaining.
