Tasting notes：

Nose:  Caramel and toffee candy. Dark plums with skin on. The port cask influence slowly kicks in bringing a slightly jammy nosefeel. A whiff of leather, Parma Violet and malty smoke deep down. Quite a thick nose despite the lower abv.

Palate: Toasted oak spices and the soapy notes fully exploded. White flowers, soapy, and peppery landing. The jammy fruits note takes back the ground a bit until the waves of smoked hay and toffee dominates palate again. Nutty 50% chocolate. Orange peels. Nutmegs, cinnamon, cloves. Earthy peat with a touch of coastal breeze from front to end.

Finish: Medium, moderately dry finish. Slightly jammy red fruits. Warm smoke. Subtle touch of lingering soap and a touch savoury towards the very end.
