Nose: On the nose a classic fragrance of gentle peat, herbs, forest honey and a hint of Hebridean sea spray - absolutely promising!

Palate: On the palate that beloved heather flavour, manuka honey, buttercookies, Sherry sweetness, scallops in caramalized onion gravy, nori leaves all lightly coated in gentle peat.

Finish: The finish lingers with a beautiful balance of subtle peat smoke, heather herbs, milk chocolate, classic Bowmore freshness, roasted almonds and Bavarian creme. Close to perfection.
