Nose: Clean,recognizable ex-bourbon Bowmore profile; delicate, well-integrated smoke;typical earthy-mineral profile; sweetness of
yellow fruits with delicious tropical influences; ripe apples; mango; pineapple;some vanilla; delicate oak spice.

Palate: Nice and creamy and oily, delicate smoke with ashy notes spreads through the mouth;on the palate there is also sweetness of
yellow fruits with (iaht)tropical influences: in contrast there are also bitter notes: salty-maritime notes, sparkling white pepper becomes increasinglynoticeable; oak.

Finish: Tingling peppery-spicy; delicate fruit notes;the sweetness then turns into slightly bitter/tart notes in the finish; vanilla; oak wood;ashy smoke that supports the pleasant tartness/bitterness.
