Nose: Artisan mezcal. Light and bright. Some hints of glue, but mostly on pear, paper, some mineral, chalky bits, oiliness, dirty linen.
Mouth: Sugar water, yeast, envelope glue, sweetness. Some water brings out barley. It's light on the tongue despite the strength, and an easy, round drink you could probably mix into a cocktail.
Finish: Bready, gluish, with artificial sweetener.
