Tasting notes：

Nose: Refined, complex. Scents of Williams pear, pineapple, and kaffir lime immediately emphasize the intensely fruity character of the aromatic palette. Upon aeration, it is gradually overtaken by light peat scents, which are simultaneously honeyed (acacia), infused (chamomile), and creamy (coconut).

Palate: Clean, lively. Like the nose, the flavor profile is in turn heady (broom, iris), indulgent (rice pudding), herbaceous (alfalfa, cut hay), and juicy (white grape). Gradually, a delicate layer of vanilla and lemon juice merges to invigorate the taste buds.

Finish: Long, full-bodied. Refreshed by numerous aromatic herbs (sage, savory, verbena, rosemary), the tasting becomes calmer and brighter. In retro-olfaction, the peat returns to center stage, now herbaceous (fennel, seaweed, lichen) and tarry.
