Tasting notes：

Nose: The nose initially reveals sweet porridge with banana chips and a little lemon zest. The aromas become increasingly stronger, alongside caramel, fragrant papaya, pickled apricots and butter crumbles come through. Tropical flowers mix with a woody note and dark milk pralines. Later, strong roasted aromas and lots of honey with a little toasted coconut develop, but also a peppery spiciness.

Palate: Very strong, caramelized nuts in honey are replaced by a tobacco note. A short peppery spiciness gives way to coconut flakes and brown sugar, accompanied by woody spice. This is followed by the impression of milk with heather honey, rhubarb and a short bitter note. The soft body is perfectly complemented by a subtle peat note and the aroma of herbal candy. After a while the whisky becomes more and more spicy, tannins and roasted coffee beans give way to chamomile and the creamy mouthfeel of coffee pudding.
