Tasting notes：

Nose: The cask strength 52.1% ABV is apparent from the start. But I let it sit for a good 30 minutes, and it’s lessened dramtically. Pineapple, passion fruit, tropical bright notes! Sherry, something earthy, maybe stewed pears?

Palate: Ginger spice, immediate tropical, mango, passion fruit, classic sherry cask influence of stewed fruits. On the mid-palate, more ginger kick, this 52.1% ABV is present! But it dies down a bit after, notes of pineapple, more tropical as it goes to the finish.

Finish: Long and perfect , more lingering tropical passion fruit, cinnamon, warm spices, distant dark stone fruits, sweetness.
