Tasting notes：

Nose: A really pleasant nose - like conference pears on the dying embers of a barbeque - sweetly smoked white fruit.

Palate: The mouthfeel is good - slightly thick on the palate - I get the pear notes come through first, then a little charcoal followed by the warmth of the alcohol and some spice. Very easy to drink.

Finish: Medium finish although I kept wanting to return for more.
