Tasting notes：

Nose: Rich, concentrated. The deep first nose is malty, herbaceous (cut hay), rooty (gentian), vanilla and empyreumatic (turpentine, fuel oil). Allowed to breathe, intense smoke invades the air, while aromas of lime, agave and fresh walnut appear.

Palate: Full, dense. The animal attack (bacon, smoked fish) is also unctuously liquorice, oily (olive) and lemony. The mid-palate is also milky (almond, agave) and mineral (schist, tar).

Finish: Long, luxuriant. The finish opens with images of white flowers growing on volcanic soil. In the after-taste, flavours of germinating barley take us onto a malting floor. The empty glass releases fermentary aromas of washbacks in full motion.
