Tasting notes：

Nose: Refined, complex. On the first nose, an autumnal (dried leaves, dried seaweed) and grilled (walnut) peat brings lots of finesse to the aroma palette. Allowed to breathe, it is enriched with nobly smoky (ashy), floral (vetiver), fruity (orange, mango) and medicinal (aspirin) fragrances.

Palate: Full-bodied, slender. While revealing flavours of stewed strawberry, candied ginger and gentian root, the attack is also very mineral. The empyreumatic mid-palate (camphor, sandalwood) develops into an enchanting floral register (wilted rose, pansy, carnation).

Finish: Long, full. On the attack, orange zest, clove and salted butter caramel accompany elegant flavours of malt and peat. The rich end of the finish evokes sugared almonds and heady florals (lily, iris).
