Tasting notes：

Nose: Smoky with phenolic, ashy, maritime, slightly salty characteristics, complemented by nutty and air-dried ham notes, which turn into a bakery note after a longer period of time. Not perceptible despite the high alcohol content.

Palate: Creamy mouthfeel. The phenolic notes and cold ash are replaced by a sweet touch. A subtle hint of salt, complemented by nuts and green bacon.

Finish: Very long and phenolic, with a fading sweetness.
