Tasting notes：

Nose: Even if the type of barley used (Hunter) is a special one: in the nose it has no varying influence on the classic Waterford aroma quartet of nougat, malt, caramel & toffee. A fresh red apple, pear compote, cinnamon & sugar, coffee beans. Loamy soil, vanilla particles, fresh plaited yeast.

Palate: Soft and very smooth entry, although there is some power lurking in the background. Very creamy, I only had that in this form with the Biodynamic Luna 1.1.
Red apple coated in milk chocolate, pear wedges dusted with cinnamon and sugar, quince jelly. Sweet rapeseed honey, vanilla crescents, marzipan, toffee, nougat, fresh cookie dough.

Finish: Slightly dry with a residual creaminess, medium length, chocolaty and with lots of nougat and fudge. Early departure of the fruity notes, but spices (marjoram and tarragon), clay soil, coffee beans and the aforementioned aromas linger for a long time.
