Tasting notes：

Nose: Slightly sweet aromas of ripe apples and soft peat smoke, then clearly bourbon Vanilla and barley malt, in the background old leather and some chocolate.

Palate: Round and soft in the taste with notes of fresh fruit, apples again, plus malty tones and freshly baked things - over all smoke, chocolate and a hint of vanilla.

Finish: Long finish - soft caramel with vanilla carries the finish, with gentle peat smoke on top of everything.
