Tasting notes：

Nose: Alcohol slightly present, sweet, vanilla, caramel, grain, honey, subtle fruit.

Palate: Exactly like in the nose. You can find all those flavors here too.
Add some pepper. A bit bitter at the end.

Finish: The finish reminds me incredibly of a Ron Zacapa Solera 23 Rum.If I had had a blindfold on and only tasted the finish, I would have guessed this rum.Very very sweet. And I think only here do the aromas of sherry maturation come into their own.
