Tasting notes：

Nose: Dried fruits, a little chocolate and some nutty notes. There is also a subtle sulphur note, which is not disturbing and goes well with the dried fruits.

Mouth: Notes of raisins and dried plums are noticeable. The sherry sweetness overshadows the sulphur. Old oak is also noticeable. I think that this is an older barrel that has been filled with sherry several times and was sulphurised between the sherry fillings.

Finish: Long-lasting, warming. Here the sulphur emerges slightly from the spicy notes.
