Tasting notes：

Nose: The first nose is almost like an Armagnac, lots of winey, sour notes, orange, the sweetness increases with marzipan, dates, a small hint of chocolate. I can't find the age on the nose yet, but the term "old-school sherry", as it says in the description, fits it well. The aroma is rather reserved, but very delicate in terms of sweetness and fruit, nuts are becoming increasingly present, cassis/currants/currant quark cake, hand warmth is good for the whisky, now there are also raisins, blackberries, sugared strawberries... me I find myself in the fruit slices display at a bakery.

Mouth: Very sweet, sweet-fruity, malty, very pleasant/smooth, raisins, chocolate dates, more barrel spice/oak than in the nose but still no oak board, typical Olorosso sherry.

Finish: Medium length, more dryness/dusty, some leather polish, this is where the oak and age come into play.
