Tasting notes：

Nose: Seaweed & breeze, fresh (mint), sweet pimientos, little peat, olive oil, hay. Water adds some metallic notes, lemonpeel and iodine. TOP!

Palate: Eucalyptus, cookies, aniseed, ginger, spicy, sweet and again some peat flavors adding to the profile.

Finish: Lemon skin, some smoke & ash, nice bitternis, smoked tea, szechuan pepper dry and long.
