Tasting notes：

Nose: Compared to Maker's CS in a glass. The sweetness is not quite as prominent, clearly a lot of vanilla and popcorn, but also ripe strawberries, caramel, cinnamon.

Palate: Also slightly peppery at the first sip, then buttery pancake with cream and forest honey, Jaffa Cake Orange, the tannins are rather softer than with CS despite the French Oak content, then a little spice is added like a fresh mixed bread.

Finish: Medium length, darker sweetness, cherry jam, forest honey.
