Tasting notes：

Nose: The nose shows that the first fills were still very active. The whisky exudes an intense and slightly sticky sweetness with aromas of vanilla. Behind that is fudge, a soft woody sweetness and strawberry, squishy banana.
Quite intense and compact, but also very harmonious and round.

Palate: The palate is also characterized by an intense sweetness and still plenty of tannins. Some of the whisky still seems a bit sparkling and young for the 53.5 percent.

Finish: The mouthfeel is very creamy and round for an 11 year old whisky. But there are also a few dry tannins and the finish is still a bit astringent due to its young age.
