Tasting notes：

Nose: Caramel, mandarin jam, barnyard, bread/cereal/porridge, acetone.
The nose is quite harsh at first but once you've had a few sips it turns fresh and soft with a lovely creamy vibe. It has some sweetness at the very back

Palate: Stone fruit, roasted macadamia nuts, some grassy elements and sultana. It is bright and has an oily/creamy texture that is pleasant on the palette. This leads to some cake/soft bread elements. There is also a touch of mushroom to it and it has a slight hint of sulphur occasionally but very faint.

Finish: Nutty, baking spices, sultana. At the very very end of the glass it develops some orange jam in the near-empty glass.
