Tasting notes：

Nose: Plum jam with honey, a little strawberry jam (with chunks), which eventually becomes sour cherry jam. Behind this, the nose flattens out a little and finally reveals prunes and perhaps blueberries, plus cinnamon with very thin slices of baked apple.

Palate: What a potpourri of fruits! A real smoothie of cinnamon, dried fruit, light smoke. Then (to my surprise) salty licorice comes through and keeps reappearing. I like salty licorice.

Finish: The fruit potpourri runs warmly down my throat. The cinnamon remains, along with the baked apples. Towards the end, the finish leaves a little dryness on the tongue.
