Tasting notes：

Nose:  Spicy & chilli note paves way for a aniseed heavy peaty note. Salty breeze pops up with a lilting oakiness. Tarragon, thyme, kippers, sea shells. Lemon.

Palate: Very peppery & peaty. Dried lemon peels. Kippers, gherkins & creosote. Salty. Salted caramel. A clean expression albeit quite spicy.
A lot of sweet hay. Candies. Quite oily & mouth coating.

Finish: Long lively finish with peppery peat and candy sweetness linger.
