Tasting notes：

Nose: Light fruity and slightly grainy, I think I can also perceive some dark fruit, some yeast and also minimal smoke are noticeable, plus something maritime-mineral, delicious...

Mouth: First sweet and fruity in the direction of apricot apricot, then quite quickly dry, salty and slightly woody, and then a bit bitter, but pleasant. Light smoke is also present, but not so obvious that I'm sure I can taste it blindly.

Finish: Medium length, it sounds as the nose and palate announced, slightly fruity, dry and a little smoky. All in all a really great overall composition, I know exactly why I valued it so highly at the time. Gladly again.
